Welcome to Plymouth Sugarworks, and thank you for stopping by. Plymouth Sugarworks is located in Litchfield county in Plymouth, Connecticut. We are a small producer, with 120 taps on red maple trees, which we think gives our syrup a great flavor. Red maple trees have a lower sugar content than sugar maple trees, so it takes a lot more sap to make a gallon of syrup, 65 gallons in fact! In addition to maple syrup, we also produce maple coated nuts because we can’t stop eating them! Our syrup products are available to order via our website for local pickup and at various events throughout Connecticut.
We also offer a range of devices to help make the production of maple syrup easier for producers. Reach out if you’re interested in learning more!
