Upgraded Silicone Temperature Probe (250mm / ~10″)

Description

This sheathing of this temperature probe is heat resistant silicone, which prevents damage if the cable comes in contact with high temperatures (above normal syrup temperatures). The cable is much more flexible when the temperatures drop.
